Lucky Charm’s Marshmallow Bars
Ingredients
- 6 cups Lucky Charms Cereal
- 6 Tbs Sliced Butter
- 1 bag Mini Marshmallows
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Spray an 8×8 pan with cooking spray, or carefully place parchment paper into the pan.
- In a large pot on the stove heat butter till melted. Slowly stir in marshmallows. Once the marshmallows are combined with the butter and smooth, add the vanilla, salt, and cereal.
- Stir till the cereal is fully coated with the marshmallow mixture, then press into an even layer into the 8×8 pan.
- Top the bars with a few extra mini marshmallows, and some extra Lucky Charms Marshmallows.
- Let the bars cool on the counter top for 1 hour, then slice and enjoy!
