Lucky Charm’s Marshmallow Bars

A quick and easy dessert, that is highly addicting in all the right ways!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups Lucky Charms Cereal
  • 6 Tbs Sliced Butter
  • 1 bag Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions
 

  • Spray an 8x8 pan with cooking spray, or carefully place parchment paper into the pan.
  • In a large pot on the stove heat butter till melted. Slowly stir in marshmallows. Once the marshmallows are combined with the butter and smooth, add the vanilla, salt, and cereal.
  • Stir till the cereal is fully coated with the marshmallow mixture, then press into an even layer into the 8x8 pan.
  • Top the bars with a few extra mini marshmallows, and some extra Lucky Charms Marshmallows.
  • Let the bars cool on the counter top for 1 hour, then slice and enjoy!
