Vanilla Gluten & Dairy Free Granola

This Vanilla Gluten & Dairy Free Granola is perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack! You will not believe how easy it is to make!

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Gluten Free Oats
  • 1 cup Chopped Walnuts or Almonds
  • ¼ cup Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbs Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300°.
  • While oven is preheating add all ingredients to a mixing bowl. Make sure to melt the coconut oil for 45 seconds before adding it to the mixture.
  • Stir to combine all ingredients.
  • Lay a piece of parchment paper over a baking sheet. Scoop the granola mixture onto the parchment paper and spread out into a thin layer.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges start to turn slightly brown.
  • Allow to cool completely before breaking it up into small bite sized pieces.
  • Store in a ziplock bag, or an air tight container. Enjoy!

Notes

I love to have my granola with dairy free yogurt! The perfect pair! My kids also love to snack on just the granola itself, such a yummy and healthy snack!
You can freeze granola for up to 3-4 months.
