The Best Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Butter Softened
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar Packed
  • 1 cup White Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 3 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a separate bowl mix flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
  • In your mixer combine the softened butter and sugars until combined.
  • Add in eggs and vanilla to the mixer, mix until fluffy.
  • Mix the dry ingredients into the wet, until combined.
  • Add one 12 ounce bag of milk chocolate chips to the mixer and mix well.
  • Using a cookie scoop, or spoon, roll 2 Tbs of dough into balls and place 12 evenly spaced onto the parchement paper on the cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Let them rest on the baking sheet for several minutes before removing them and placing them onto a cooling rack. Enjoy!
