The Best Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

- 1 cup Butter Softened
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar Packed
- 1 cup White Granulated Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a separate bowl mix flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
In your mixer combine the softened butter and sugars until combined.
Add in eggs and vanilla to the mixer, mix until fluffy.
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet, until combined.
Add one 12 ounce bag of milk chocolate chips to the mixer and mix well.
Using a cookie scoop, or spoon, roll 2 Tbs of dough into balls and place 12 evenly spaced onto the parchement paper on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Let them rest on the baking sheet for several minutes before removing them and placing them onto a cooling rack. Enjoy!
