In a large mixing bowl add Kodiak Cakes Mix and protein powder. Stir to combine.
Add in the water slowly, using a whisk, stir to combine.
Once the batter is ready, lay out a large piece of parchment paper onto a cookie sheet. Slowly pour batter over the parchment paper, making sure it doesn't over flow.
Carefully place in the heated 350° oven for 25 minutes. Insert a toothpick once cooked. Make sure it comes out clean.
Once the pancakes have cooled, remove the parchment paper with pancakes, set onto a flat surface. Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut into equal squares. We like to do 12-15 individual servings from one sheet pan.
Store individually in meal prep containers, or one large container for 5-6 days in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
