Warm up tortillas for 15-20 seconds on either side, then set aside.
Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray and add ham. Let ham cook on medium/high heat on the stove for 4-5 minutes, stirring to brown.
Once ham has been cooked through and browned, add 5 eggs, 5 egg whites, salt and pepper to the skillet. Use spatula to stir eggs and ham until they are cooked through.
Lay out all 5 tortillas. Place an even amount of ham and eggs on all tortillas, in the center of the tortilla. Then sprinkle the cheese, equally over all 5.
Roll up each individual tortilla. Roll in seran wrap for refrigerator storage, or place all 5 in an air tight container and remove one daily for 5 days. When you are ready to eat, heat for 30-60 seconds in the microwave.

You can use turkey, ham, bacon, or sausage for these breakfast burritos.
