Birthday Cake Protein Bites

These protein bites are absolutely delicious and satisfying! Perfect to meal prep for the week!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cashew Butter
  • 2 Tbs Maple Syrup
  • 1/3 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/3 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ΒΌ tsp Cake Batter Extract *or Almond Extract
  • 3 Tbs Sprinkles *plus more for rolling
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions
 

  • Add cashew butter, maple syrup, protein powder, oat flour, vanilla extract, cake batter extract, 3 Tbs sprinkles, and a pinch of salt into a mixing bowl. Stir to fully combine.
  • Use a small cookie scoop to partition the dough into 14 equal parts, forming small dough balls with hands. It will be about 1 tbsp of dough per bite, 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls. Dip the top side of each ball into the remainder of the sprinkles.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, Enjoy!
