Add cashew butter, maple syrup, protein powder, oat flour, vanilla extract, cake batter extract, 3 Tbs sprinkles, and a pinch of salt into a mixing bowl. Stir to fully combine.
Use a small cookie scoop to partition the dough into 14 equal parts, forming small dough balls with hands. It will be about 1 tbsp of dough per bite, 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls. Dip the top side of each ball into the remainder of the sprinkles.
