Chicken & Gravy Dinner
Equipment
- Crockpot
- Whisk
- Cutting board
Ingredients
- 3-4 Chicken breasts *thawed
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 packet Chicken gravy
- 1 cup Water
- 1-2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- In your Crockpot add the cream of chicken soup, water, gravy packet, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Using a whisk, stir to combine.
- Add in thawed chicken breasts to the gravy mixture, coating all the chicken.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°.
- Once the chicken if fully cooked, pull the chicken breasts out onto a cutting board. Use two forks to shred the chicken. Once the chicken is shredded you can add it back into the gravy mixture and stir to combine.
- Enjoy with a side of mashed potatoes and broccoli!
