1 cup Cashew Butter
2 Tbs Maple Syrup
1/3 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
1/3 cup Oat Flour
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Pinch of Salt

Birthday Cake Protein Bites

- 1 cup Cashew Butter
- 2 Tbs Maple Syrup
- 1/3 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/3 cup Oat Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp Cake Batter Extract *or Almond Extract
- 3 Tbs Sprinkles *plus more for rolling
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Add cashew butter, maple syrup, protein powder, oat flour, vanilla extract, cake batter extract, 3 Tbs sprinkles, and a pinch of salt into a mixing bowl. Stir to fully combine.
- Use a small cookie scoop to partition the dough into 14 equal parts, forming small dough balls with hands. It will be about 1 tbsp of dough per bite, 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls. Dip the top side of each ball into the remainder of the sprinkles.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, Enjoy!
