1 cup Water *lukewarm

1 Tbs Active dry yeast

½ cup Granulated sugar

3 Eggs *beaten

½ tsp salt

½ cup Melted butter

4 cups All-purpose flour

1-2 Tbs Melted butter *for basting

Instructions

In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in the lukewarm water. Let mixture rest 5 minutes for yeast to activate and become foamy.

Stir in sugar, melted butter, beaten eggs and salt. Fold in all-purpose flour one cup at a time and mix well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap (sprayed with cooking spray) and allow dough to rise for 4 hours on the countertop. *Do not knead the dough.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Divide the dough in half and place both dough rounds onto a floured surface. Roll each half into a 1/4-inch-thick circle with a rolling pin. (Sprinkle some flour on the rolling pin to prevent it from sticking.) Brush each rolled out circle with the melted butter for basting, using a pastry brush and cut into 16 small wedges with a pizza cutter.

Roll up each wedge from the large end to the tip. Place rolls onto the parchment paper on the  baking sheet, let rise 30 minutes. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until tops are golden brown.

Allow a few minutes to cool and enjoy!
