Sheet Pan Protein Pancake Meal Prep is the way to go! One bowl, one pan, 25-30 minutes and you’re done! If you want easy, this is for you! We love making these for a quick and simple breakfast daily. We like to add a little extra protein to things we already love!
Here are the simple instructions on how to make them:
In a large mixing bowl add Kodiak Cakes and protein powder, stir to combine.
Add in the water slowly, using a whisk stir to combine. Once the batter is ready, lay out a large piece of parchment paper over a cookie sheet.
Slowly pour batter over the parchment paper, making sure it doesn’t over flow. Carefully place in the heated 350° oven for 25 minutes. Insert a toothpick once cooked. Make sure it comes out clean.
You can use any pancake toppings you like for these yummy protein pancakes.
Some of our favorite toppings are:
Maple Syrup, Greek (or dairy free) Yogurt with Strawberry Jam, Semi Sweet Chocolate chips and Maple syrup, Strawberry Jam with strawberries, bananas, and coconut milk whipped cream.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5-6 days.
Compared to regular pancakes, these are thick, fluffy, and are packed with protein. Easy to meal prep once a week, made in under 30 minutes.
We like to reheat these in the microwave the day of, and then add our toppings on once they are warm.
It’s super easy to slice these once they have cooled off from the oven. Simply remove the parchment paper with the pancakes onto a flat surface, and use a pizza cutter to slice into 12-15 even servings.
You can store all of them into one container, or you can use individual containers to use one per day. If you’re on the go, I would do one container per day, to warm up, add the toppings and then be on your way!
If you like this idea, and try it, let me know! I’d love to hear from you, whether it be a like, comment, pin, or shoot me an email! Hearing from you makes my day! Enjoy!
