Chocolate Cake Protein Yogurt Parfaits
Ingredients
- 24 oz So Delicious Dairy Free Coconut Milk Yogurt *One 24oz container
- 4 Scoops MyProtein Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1/2 Package Jell-o Chocolate Sugar Free & Fat Free Pudding Mix
- 7 tsp Sprinkles
- 3-4 tsp Mini Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, add yogurt, protein powder, and pudding powder. Stir for several minutes till it is combined and has a smooth texture.
- Place 7 parfait cups onto the counter. Using a 1/4-1/2 measuring cup, scoop equal amounts of the yogurt mixture into each parfait cup.
- Place 1 tsp of sprinkles, and a few chocolate chips into each insert. Place the lid on top of each parfait.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Enjoy!
