Ingredients
- 1 small bag Baby Carrots
- 1 large Cucumber
- 10 thin sliced Mild Cheddar Cheese Squares
- 1 9oz package Sliced Turkey Breast
- 1 10oz container Classic Hummus *substitute 5 tbs low fat ranch dressing
- 1/2 bag Organic Sweet Potato Crackers *Substitute Ritz crackers or Pita sliced into triangles
Instructions
- Peel and slice cucumber into thin circles. Place 3-5 slices into each meal prep container, along with 5-6 baby carrots.
- Slice 2 slices of cheese into 4 small squares, place in meal prep container. Add 1-2 oz sliced turkey breast into each container. (Roughly 6-8 slices.)
- Using a small cookie scoop or Tbs measuring spoon, add 1 Tbs of humus into the corner of each meal prep container. (Or substitute 1 Tbs Ranch Dressing.)
- Add one large handful of Organic Sweet Potato Crackers into 5 bags. Do not place these in the meal prep container until the day you eat them. They will stay more crisp in the pantry till you are ready to eat them. If you are substituting with Pita Bread, slice into small triangles and place in the meal prep container. If substituting with Ritz crackers, place a handful into ziploc bags, and do not refrigerate. Enjoy!
