These Oreo Protein Yogurt Parfaits are absolutely delicious! The perfect afternoon pick me up, post workout snack, or breakfast! The best part, is you can use any kind of yogurt you like! Vanilla or plain yogurt flavor would be best! We love to use the Myprotein powder for the added protein and the flavor is so good!
Myprotein Chocolate Smooth flavor is our favorite! This protein powder has only 100 calories per serving, 1g of fat, 3 carbs, and 19 grams of protein! A delicious and easy way to bump up your protein for the day!
I like to use dairy free yogurt, and this Silk Yogurt is my favorite so far! I also get the gluten free Oreo’s. I put 4-5 in a bag, and then crush them up with a rolling pin! Then each cup gets about 1/2 a cookie per serving.
One thing not pictured above, you will need 1/4 cup almond milk, regular milk, or lactaid. This helps the protein powder blend more smooth with the yogurt.
With this recipe I chose to use the sugar free, fat free, Cheesecake flavored Jell-o packet. This helps make the consistency taste like a yummy pudding mix! Who doesn’t love a little cheesecake flavored snack in the afternoon?!

Oreo Protein Yogurt Parfait
Equipment
- 6 Yogurt Parfait cups with inserts
Ingredients
- 1 Container Silk Plain Almond Milk Yogurt *or nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 4 Scoops Myprotein Impact Whey Chocolate Smooth Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 3-4 tsp Sugar free, Fat free Cheesecake Jell-o powder
- 4 cookies Gluten Free Oreo Cookies *crushed
Instructions
- Pour entire container of Plain Silk Almond Milk Yogurt into a large mixing bowl.
- To the yogurt, add the protein powder, cheesecake Jell-o powder mix, and almond milk. Stir to combine.
- Put the oreo's into a ziplock and crush with a wooden spoon, or rolling pin.
- Scoop equal amounts of the yogurt mixture into each of the 6 yogurt containers. Add the crushed oreo's to the insert, and top with the lid.
- Keep refrigerated. These will last up to 6 days in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
